Do you work with private buyers?
Yes. For personal purchases, post, express or consolidated cargo usually fits. Companies get options with full paperwork.
What order size makes sense?
Our minimum fee is 20,000 RUB. It usually pays off from a purchase of 150–200 thousand RUB. For a single low-cost item we will suggest a simpler way to buy it.
Who is responsible for defects?
The factory is responsible for quality under the contract. We are responsible for what we checked and described in the report. That is why we inspect before shipment and put defect replacement into the factory contract.
How long does it take?
Factory search takes 3–10 days. Production depends on the product. Shipping ranges from 3–10 days by air to 35–50 days by sea.
